Interior: H.R. 1417 (2013)

H.R. 1417, the Border Security Results Act of 2013, would weaken interior security by eliminating the exit requirement of the Congressionally-approved biometric entry/exit system for all ports of entry. Considering that 40% of all illegal aliens in the U.S. entered the country legally and overstayed their visas, an entry/exit system is a key component of effective interior enforcement.
