Workers: H.R. 4262 (2004)

H.R. 4262, the Safe, Orderly, Legal Visas and Enforcement Act, would increase the annual limit on H-2B visas to 100,000 and create a new H-1D visa for up to 250,000 guestworkers a year who are not covered by other visa categories, and retroactively repeal the 3- and 10-year bars on re-entry for unlawful presence for more than 6 months.
