Public Description:
The bill would bar any employer who is a repeat violator of unlawful employment statutes or is convicted of a related crime from receiving Federal contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements for two years.
To require the debarment from Federal contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements of employers who hire unauthorized aliens, and for other purposes.
