Public Description:
The bill would prohibit admission to the United States (one year after enactment) without a passport or certain other documents, make English the official language, create an Office of Alien Registration for illegal aliens, provide identification cards to registered illegal aliens, deport illegal aliens that do not register, and provide temporary resident status to illegal aliens and subsequent adjustment to permanent residence.
