Public Description:
The bill would require the Social Security Administration to send a “no-match” notification letter to all employers that have been given a non-matching Social Security number by an employee, and to provide DHS with information regarding the non-matching employee.
To establish procedures for the issuance by the Commissioner of Social Security of "no match" letters to employers, and for the notification of the Secretary of Homeland Security regarding such letters.
