Public Description:
H.R. 736, No Social Security for Illegal Immigrants Act of 2007, would prohibit an illegal alien's work from counting toward qualifying for Social Security; and would stipulate that this prohibition is not applicable retroactively, so that all benefits already granted would not be affected.
