Latest data reveal 1.6 million American young adults (18-29) with only a high school degree who are looking for a job but can't find one. Yet, Sens. Mikulski and Specter have introduced a bill to double or triple the visas for less-educated foreign workers over the next three years. And 24 Senators have already co-sponsored the bill!
Georgia Reps Cosponsor Chain Migration Act
Georgia Representatives Paul Broun and Nathan Deal were among the 19 original cosigners when Rep. Phil Gingrey introduced H.R.878 (Nuclear Family Priority Act) earlier this month. Both Representatives Broun and Deal have been champions in the fight to reduce immigration numbers.

Jimmy Nguyen was sentenced to more than five years in prison and forced to pay more than $550,000 after running a business that helped illegal aliens find factory work in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Nguyen pleaded guilty in October to charges of money laundering and conspiracy.
New Stimulus Projections -- At most 3.6 million jobs, while feds import 3.2 million new foreign workers

H-2B Cap Exemption Introduced in Senate
A bipartisan group of Senators have introduced S. 388, which would temporarily lift the cap on H-2B visas for the next three years. The legislation was introduced by Sens. R-O-P-E Shows How to Strangle Grassroots Influence -- Warmup for Amnesty Passage?

R-O-P-E is the Reid-Obama-Pelosi-Emanuel power bloc that called the shots on much of the Stimulus Bill with very little say from anybody else in the end. ROPE decided that illegal aliens would be welcomed to Stimulus jobs and made sure that 533 Members of Congress never got a chance to truly weigh in -- or be held accountable.
Stimulus Package Clears Congress Without E-Verify Protections For American Workers
Congress cleared for the President's signature the economic stimulus bill (H.R. 1), which excludes E-Verify protections for American workers. The Senate finalized action late tonight after Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio), the 60th vote needed to pass the bill, returned from his mother's funeral in his state.
H-1B Restriction Stayed In Stimulus Bill
While Congress seemed to do everything possible to make sure that Stimulus Bill jobs go to foreign workers (both legal and illegal), it appears that a restriction on banks using foreign workers on H-1B visas got through in the final bill.
