For the second time in just a matter of days, Border Patrol agents in the Tucson Border Sector found a shockingly large group of Unaccompanied Alien Children in the Arizona desert after illegally crossing the southern border.
On August 9, Border Patrol agents discovered a group of illegal aliens consisting of 71 unaccompanied alien children, along with another ten alien children who were accompanied by seven adult aliens.
The 88 illegal aliens crossed the southern border into Arizona near the hamlet of Sasabe, according to a tweet from Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John R. Modlin.
#Tucson Station agents encountered another large group near Sasabe, AZ. A total of 88 migrants were taken into custody, primarily from Guatemala. Of the 81 children, 71 were unaccompanied.

Additionally, this past weekend, Modlin tweeted that another large group of aliens was apprehended, consisting of a single alien adult joined by 51 unaccompanied alien children. According to agents, the youngest UAC was just eleven months old.
A group of 51 migrants, mostly Guatemalan citizens, were taken into custody by Tucson Station agents near Sasabe, AZ. There was only one adult in the group, and the youngest child was just 11-months-old.
