Foreign Workers: S. 2005 (2011)

S. 2005, the Irish Immigration Recognition and Encouragement Act of 2011, would expand the E-3 visa category to include up to 10,500 Irish nationals each year. The E-3 category is currently limited to Australian nationals, has no work restrictions, and is renewable indefinitely (in two-year increments) with an expedited application process.
