A survey conducted in 2013 of E-Verify has found that an overwhelming number of users had a positive experience when using the system. According to the survey, 92 percent of users found E-Verify to be effective and 89 percent found it to be highly accurate.
Other key findings in the survey include:
- 97 percent agree that the system is user friendly.
- 93 percent agree that the mandatory tutorial adequately prepared them to use E-Verify.
- 97 percent reported using the program for all new hires.
Currently, 7 million illegal aliens hold non-agricultural jobs in the U.S. while 18 million Americans who want a full-time job can't find one. With such a high satisfaction rate from users, mandatory E-Verify for all new employees would help prevent illegal aliens from obtaining new jobs in the U.S.
