Reduce Illegal Immigration at Borders

H.R. 4312, the Border Security and Terrorism Prevention Act, would enhance infrastructure at the border and develop a National Strategy for Border Protection. It would also increase interior enforcement by eliminating the "catch and release" practice for illegal aliens and add 32,000 detention beds.
